Hey everyone!! My name is Alyssa and I was selected as Grand Bethel Honored Queen for the “Magic of Youth” 2021-2022 Grand year. I have been a part of this beautiful organization for the past 6 years, being Honored Queen for 3 terms at Bethel 63. I am currently attending Lincoln Southwest Highschool.
For this upcoming year, my project will be focused on membership and promotion. Giving the members of our order different objectives to complete in order to receive a charm bracelet by the next Grand Session. I hope this will engage more members across that state. Since our state officers don’t have many opportunities to work as a state officer, I will be giving them different activities to complete throughout the year. Since our numbers have been decreasing over the past few years, I hope that by engaging more members, and promoting our order as much as possible that we will get the chance to see our order grow once more. Being a part of this organization for the past 6 years and the memories I have gained from it, has really given me such a drive and passion to give more opportunities to younger girls across the state. The youth of our lives are really magical.
I love Job’s Daughters with all of my heart, and I cannot wait to see what this year has in store. Getting over this global pandemic has given us the chance to work even harder to achieve greatness. We have seen loss, suffering, and absence. Which is why we need the chance to see joy, happiness, gain, and participation even more this next year. Becoming this state's Grand Bethel Honored Queen has really been a dream of mine. I can’t wait to see everyone else's dreams come true.
Jobie love,
Alyssa
