Dress Code​

The dress code is meant to make all adults and members feel comfortable and represent Job’s Daughters in a positive manner. Bethel Guardian Councils are asked to enforce the dress code and ask Daughters to change if necessary.
 

• Overall — Attendees should wear appropriate undergarments and accessories. Undergarments should not be visible. No short-shorts, cut-offs or midriff shirts. Strapless, one shoulder, halter and spaghetti straps are acceptable. All tops should be in good taste. No plunging necklines.
   

• Casual — Fun Night and relaxation time at hotel. Jeans, appropriate length shorts, athletic pants, casual shirts, polos or t-shirts may be worn.
   

• Meeting/Business Casual — Grand Session events, practices, meals and meetings. Knee length or longer skirts or dresses, or dress pants/business casual attire, to include formal jump suits, pant suits, collared shirts, sport coats, ties, etc.
   

• Formal — Grand Formal Opening and Banquet & Awards Night. Appropriate attire includes: knee length or longer formal dresses or gowns, “dressy” dresses or “dressy” palazzo style pants, pant suits, formal jump suits, tuxedoes, or sport coats and ties.
   

• Official Regalia — All Grand Bethel Officers and Representatives will wear official regalia (robes, white slippers, etc.) to the Grand Bethel meetings. All other Daughters may wear meeting/business casual attire. Jewelry worn with official regalia shall be limited to membership or Officer’s jewels or awards, a wristwatch and one (1) additional piece of jewelry in keeping with the regalia of our Order and approved by the Grand Bethel Committee or Bethel Guardian Council.
   

• Competitions — See competition guidelines to verify if Official Regalia or other options for dressing are needed.
