Get ready for one of the most exciting weekends of the year—Nebraska Job’s Daughters Spring Workshop is just around the corner, and this year’s experience is bringing something truly special to life!
Our Grand Bethel Honored Queen McKaylyn, as well as Miss Nebraska Job’s Daughter Ashley and Miss Nebraska Congeniality Mya, have been working hard behind the scenes to transform this year’s workshop into a fully immersive adventure inspired by Zootopia. Their vision? To create a weekend where every attendee can step into the story and “Find Your Courage.”🐾 A Zootopia Adventure Awaits
Throughout the weekend, attendees will journey alongside beloved Zootopia characters, discovering what courage looks like in their own lives. Whether you’re bold like Judy Hopps or still figuring things out like Nick Wilde, this theme is all about growth, confidence, and stepping outside your comfort zone.
Expect:
🎭 Creative, interactive breakout sessions led by our Grand Family
💡 Hands-on activities designed to help you discover your inner courage
🎉 Plenty of time to connect, laugh, and make memories with your Jobbie friends
🏕️ The Perfect Setting: Camp Carol Joy Holling
This year’s workshop takes place at the beautiful Carol Joy Holling Camp, and we’re going all-in on the adventure by staying in their Old West Town!
You’ll spend the night in cozy bunkhouses, surrounded by a fun, rustic setting that feels like stepping into another world. It’s the perfect backdrop for:
🌲 Outdoor fun and group activities
🎨 Crafts and creative workshops
🔥 Camp-style bonding and late-night laughs
💛 Giving Back: Angels Among Us
As always, service is at the heart of what we do.
This year, we’ll be supporting Angels Among Us, an incredible organization that helps families facing pediatric cancer. Attendees are encouraged to bring donations, and together we’ll make a meaningful impact while learning the importance of compassion and community.
