The 2025–2026 Nebraska Job's Daughters Grand Session was a week filled with unforgettable memories, inspiring accomplishments, and countless examples of courage in action. Throughout the year, our theme, Find Your Courage, encouraged every member to step outside their comfort zone, try something new, and discover just how much they were capable of. Grand Session was the perfect celebration of that journey.
We kicked off the week on Tuesday by welcoming everyone with a fun-filled Beach Party and snow cones. It was the perfect opportunity for friends from across Nebraska to reconnect, make new memories, and begin an exciting week together.
Wednesday showcased the incredible talents of our daughters as they competed in Music, Arts, and Literature. Every performance, artwork, and written piece represented more than just creativity—it represented the courage to share a part of themselves with others. That evening, everyone gathered at Yanney Park for our annual Fun Night, where breathtaking fire performers amazed the crowd with their talent and fearless performances. We also celebrated a very special occasion by wishing Nebraska First Lady of Masonry, Joani, a happy birthday alongside our Job's Daughters family.
Thursday was dedicated to Ritual Competition, where daughters demonstrated months of preparation, teamwork, and dedication. Every participant stepped onto the floor with confidence, proving that courage isn't the absence of nervousness—it's choosing to do your best despite it. Thursday evening, we welcomed our Masonic family, distinguished guests, and friends as we celebrated Nebraska Job's Daughters. The evening featured a H.I.K.E. Fund presentation, the presentation of Lily of the Valley Awards, and the beautiful Degree of Royal Purple.
Friday marked an exciting day as the business of Nebraska Job's Daughters was conducted. One of the historic moments of the session was the approval of Nebraska's new Grand Daughter Voting Delegates, providing daughters with an even greater voice in shaping the future of our organization. Elections and the drawing of the 2026–2027 Grand Officers, including the Grand Bethel Honored Queen, were also held, helping begin an exciting new chapter for Nebraska Job's Daughters.
Friday evening was filled with celebration and excitement as our new Miss Nebraska Job's Daughter and Miss Nebraska Congeniality were crowned, completing the 2026–2027 Grand Family. We also recognized the many competition winners whose countless hours of practice, preparation, and perseverance paid off in remarkable ways.
To every daughter who entered a competition, gave a performance, participated in ritual, accepted a leadership role, or simply attended Grand Session with an open heart—congratulations for finding your courage. Winning an award is certainly something to celebrate, but the greatest victory was having the courage to step forward, challenge yourself, and grow.
A special congratulations goes to all of our competition winners. Your hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence were evident throughout the week, and your accomplishments are something to be proud of.
As we close the chapter on the 2025–2026 Grand Year, we hope every daughter carries the message of Find Your Courage far beyond Grand Session. Courage isn't found only in competitions or ceremonies—it is found in everyday moments. It is found in trying something new, helping a friend, leading with kindness, standing up for what is right, and believing in yourself even when something seems difficult.
Thank you to every daughter, parent, guardian, volunteer, advisor, member of our Masonic family, and friend who made this year so special. Because of your support, encouragement, and belief in our daughters, this Grand Session truly reflected the heart of Nebraska Job's Daughters.
The journey of finding courage never ends—and we can't wait to see where it leads next.
