My project this year is focused on membership growth and personal development. I aim to initiate 20 new members, with the fun incentive of dyeing a Tekamah Mason's hair purple! This will not only build excitement, but also create a memorable experience for everyone involved.
Additionally, every Daughter who signs a petition will receive a charm that ties into my theme, symbolizing their support and commitment.
To reach this goal and promote Job’s Daughters, we must remember that we have valuable resources to teach people who we are, what we do, and how Job’s Daughters can positively impact the lives of young women. Through leadership opportunities and personal growth, our organization offers countless ways to build confidence and empower young women for the future.
